Craft Beer Pairing: Rob Costa of the Massachusetts Beverage Alliance performs a craft beer pairing with Chef Paul’s dish; he chose Foolproof Rain Cloud.

Wine Pairing: Bill Caruso of Blanchard’s Wines & Spirits and wine educator for The Chefs’ Table Series TV Show paired Chef Paul’s steak with: Catena Chardonnay 2011 & Clos de los Siete 2009.
